Citizen Space Sandbox Site

This is the Delib Citizen Space Sandbox Site. All content within this site is public. The purpose of this site is for training and testing how to make excellent online consultations or surveys. Any reference to 'Arlen Hill' is for the purpose of demonstration.

About this sandbox

The sandbox no longer resets on a weekly basis, meaning any work done in here can be developed and reviewed over longer timescales, without being automatically removed. You are able to delete test activities from your workspace at any time, please do this if it is getting cluttered. We will still clear the site, but this will be done on a bi-annual basis, and notice will be given beforehand.

Access to the sandbox site is shared across our EMEA customers. However, customers are provided with a dedicated, organisation-specific login and their own workspace, so you will no longer see or be able to access other organisations’ activities.

There might be some functionality differences between this site and your own Citizen Space site; however, all core activity build functionality is present on this site.

Why we’ve made this change

This ensures that users of the sandbox site are able to continue working on activities for longer than a week, improves ease of use, privacy and security by segmenting customers into their own workspaces, and reduces instances of users being unable to log in to the site due to the details being changed.

General rules and guidance

Nothing sensitive

This is a sandbox site for training and testing things out. Please never add any confidential or sensitive information to the site, as this may be visible to both others outside your organisation and the general public.

No password resets

Please don’t request a password reset or change the login details for your organisation, as this could cause issues for you and your colleagues when accessing the site.

Example activities

There are still example activities in the new sandbox site; however, these are in a separate workspace. These activities are visible below. If you‘d like to look at the admin side of any of these, please let us know, and we can clone them into your workspace.
