Habitats Regulations Assessment of Citywide Options for Growth to 2034
Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) is the assessment of the potential impacts of implementing a plan or policy on a European Site, which is a site of exceptional importance for rare, endangered or vulnerable natural habitats and species within the European Community. European Sites include Special Protection Areas (SPAs) and Special Areas of Conservation (SACs). The HRA of the Citywide Options for Growth assesses the potential impact of implementing any of the growth options on European Sites within a 15 km boundary of Sheffield’s Local Planning Authority area boundary.
